original idea:
Use the county by county statistics to highlight the less well represented areas on the WIKI asking "are these real cider deserts?" and hope to provoke new activity and stimulate the sharing of new information.

My Status: I am the instigator of both. I informed the group that I'm researching the group and the wiki for my degree at the outset of the continuing research.
Objectives: 1) To publicise the wiki again, to solicit contributions by focussing on areas which are less well represented.
2) To try and engage others in constructive conversation on the talk pages of the wiki.
3) To resist substituting myself for the membership, that is to say, not do so many edits myself but wait and see if others will take up the slack.
Approach Used
Post a message to the mailing list asking for help with the lightly represented counties.
Post a message to the talk page beginning a list of Regions
Sit back and observe for a few days. Only post a follow up if direct questions are asked which require a response from me. End the cycle strictly after 8 days and write up reflections on Sunday 13th November
