I'm interested in your idea Beverley, but I fear the timing of it will not be possible if "about to start" really means soon. It may be worth stating the dates and amount of time involved. Five years ago I initiated a series of pan-european discussion groups which featured an experiment in multilingualism. The steering group wanted to resist the tendency for english to become the default language, so the guidelines stated that you could use any language in any of the spaces. The documentation was translated into as many languages as possible and the website featured a 'neutral' constructed language which most europeans can read. |
